Running With Scissors was created by New Hampshire Hair Stylist, Sherry Charlebois. After over 20 years behind the chair. Sherry struggled to find a good sharpener that used a flat Hone sharpening system that would sharpen shears in her Salon. She learned early in her career that many sharpeners don't use the right equipment. The wrong equipment can take off too much of the blades, shortening the lifetime of these expensive high-quality tools. To assure that the best equipment is being used, is to sharpen in person, in the salon. A good quality pair of shears should last a Barber or Stylist their entire career, if properly cared for.  After extensively working and training with a World Class Sharpener, Sherry was Certified in an Elite Class of Shear Sharpeners and Scissor Mechanics.
